Pastor Diane Goulson, serves as Visitation Pastor. A Visitation Pastor meets with people in their home or the hospital to offer spiritual support, conversation, and communion. Pr. Diane is available to visit young and old and everyone in between and loves hearing their stories. Visits are often scheduled if someone hasn’t been able to attend church and if there has been an event in a family where spiritual support would be appreciated (such as the birth of a baby, a loss of any kind, a concerning medical diagnosis, or a change in physical, spiritual or emotional health).

She and her husband Daryl live in New Prague. They have 3 adult children and 2 grandsons. They have lived in New Prague for 43 years and joined Hope Lutheran in May of 2024. Diane enjoys knitting, sewing, walking, reading, watching who dunnits, and cooking and Daryl enjoys golfing and watching who dunnits.
