Service Teams

Members of Hope Lutheran Church are assigned to a Service Team and serve for a two-month period each year. During their assigned two months, team members help with various worship and fellowship duties, supporting our services and our church community.  Duties include Welcome Host(s), Ushering, Communion Preparation, Communion Server, Communion Clean-Up, Reader (scripture & prayers), Snack Squad (treats for fellowship time), and Fellowship Clean-Up.

You will receive an email or letter when it is time to sign up for your service team duties.  Members can sign up for duties in the church office or online with Sign-Up Genius.  Each member is asked to help with 5-7 tasks during their two months of duty.  If you have questions about Service Team duties, which team you are on, or would like to serve as a team captain, contact the church office at 952-492-2099 or email Sarah at officeassistant@hope-jordan.org.
