Danielle is the Director of Children’s Ministry, dedicated to supporting infants through 4th graders and their families on their faith journeys. She creates meaningful experiences that encourage children to actively engage in their faith, while also offering opportunities for families to learn and grow together.

Danielle graduated from Augsburg University, where she studied Elementary Education and Youth and Family Ministry.  Her love for Bible camp as a child led her to serve as a counselor for five summers.  She strives to bring that camp spirit into the children’s programs at Hope. It brings her great joy to build connections with the children and guide them as they learn just how much Jesus loves them!

Her family joined Hope Lutheran in 2017.  Danielle treasures time spent with her husband, John, and their three wonderful children: Sam, James, and William.  She is currently enjoying this busy chapter of parenthood, spending lots of time cheering for her children at cross country races, football games, and basketball games. In her downtime, Danielle enjoys reading, running, playing the piano, and putting together jigsaw puzzles.
