H2H Service Event

Golf Zone Fellowship Event
Our H2H Confirmation Youth went to Golf Zone for a Fellowship Event on February 1. They had a blast! Many thanks to Benjamin Bus for transporting our youth!! Here are a few pictures~

TRANSITION TEAM UPDATE 1/25/2023
Team members: Molly Warmka, Clint Mack, John Tieben Jr, Erik Aamlid, Dave Holzer, Deb Anderson, Doug Hvidsten, and Pastor Ted as our guide. We have been meeting the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month since Sept 19, 2022. With guidance from the ELCA and Minneapolis Synod, our goal is to make a good choice when calling a new pastor.
Youth and young adult programming have been clearly identified as top areas of interest to our membership. In ranked order, the top priorities expressed in the recent survey are (1) Investing in youth programs to strengthen ministry for children and youth, (2) Developing opport...
Valentine’s Family & Friends Dinner
Our Deacons are putting on a Valentine's Family and Friends Dinner on February 10th. Please arrive between 5:30-5:45 pm; dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. You must make reservations!
The menu is: Salad, Choice of Entree, Breadsticks, Dessert, Punch, Coffee or water. Entree Choices: Chicken Alfredo, Pasta Marinara with Meat, and Vegetarian Pasta Alfredo & Pasta Marinara
We will be accepting Free Will Donations with funds going to: Feed My Starving Children. Our Confirmation Youth will present the funds to FMSC at their End of Year Party.

Celebration of Hope’s Ministries (Annual Meeting)
Please join us for worship on January 29th as we celebrate the life-changing ministries of Hope Lutheran Church. Our boards and committees will share their personal stories and favorite moments of 2022. We will also take care of a little business (voting on officers/board members, reviewing the budget, etc.) but mostly our morning together will be an uplifting celebration of all that is good in our congregation and greater faith community. Survey Results:
A big thank you for everyone’s input on the congregational survey. There were 90 completed surveys and that represents a significant percentage of the congregation. All the goals were identified as being important to our congregation and will continue to be important aspects of our church moving forward. The survey results reflect what our faith community wants to be more intentional about in the future and will be combined with the other communication that Pastor Ted and the Transition Team has had to identify the top 3-4 goals that will help shape the next stages of our faith community.
