March 17th Movie Night

That's right ~ March 17th is Movie Night! We will be showing the original Mary Poppins! Doors open at 6:30 pm, so come early grab your spot and get some concessions. The Movie will begin at 7 pm. See you there!  

Soup Supper March 8, 2023

No Potato Bar Supper or Worship tonight

We have cancelled the Potato Bar Supper and the Ash Wednesday Service for this evening due to the weather conditions. Stay home and stay safe! On a positive note ~ We will have our Potato Bar Supper on March 1 and start the Soup suppers the following week, March 8th.

February 24th Movie Night!

February's movie is "The Goonies"! The doors will be open at 6:30 pm and the movie will start at 7:00 pm. Come early and get your concesssions and find the best place to sit. Feel free to bring a blanket, mat or cushion to sit on. We will have chairs available. Funds from concessions go to our Youth Fund.

The Valentine’s Dinner Was Amazing!

Thank you Deacons for hosting the dinner! And many thanks to our H2H youth ~ Edward, Josh, Mia, Ruth, Norah, Megan and Molly for helping serve! The food and fellowship were wonderful!

H2H Service Event

Our H2H youth had their Service Event last night and they made sandwiches for The Sandwich Project! Thank you youth for serving!!

Golf Zone Fellowship Event

Our H2H Confirmation Youth went to Golf Zone for a Fellowship Event on February 1. They had a blast! Many thanks to Benjamin Bus for transporting our youth!! Here are a few pictures~

TRANSITION TEAM UPDATE  1/25/2023 Team members:  Molly Warmka, Clint Mack, John Tieben Jr, Erik Aamlid, Dave Holzer, Deb Anderson, Doug Hvidsten, and Pastor Ted as our guide. We have been meeting the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month since Sept 19, 2022. With guidance from the ELCA and Minneapolis Synod, our goal is to make a good choice when calling a new pastor. Youth and young adult programming have been clearly identified as top areas of interest to our membership. Valentine’s Family & Friends Dinner

Our Deacons are putting on a Valentine's Family and Friends Dinner on February 10th. Please arrive between 5:30-5:45 pm; dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. You must make reservations! The menu is: Salad, Choice of Entree, Breadsticks, Dessert, Punch, Coffee or water.  Entree Choices: Chicken Alfredo, Pasta Marinara with Meat, and Vegetarian Pasta Alfredo & Pasta Marinara We will be accepting Free Will Donations with funds going to: Feed My Starving Children. Our Confirmation Youth will present the funds to FMSC at their End of Year Party.
