Concrete Consolation September 29th

Please join us for *Concrete Consolation this week at Denny & Carlonna Lindell’s home at 22840 Drexel Ave, Jordan, MN. (This is a change from their lake home in Shakopee.)

Concrete Consolation, or Driveway Communion, starts at 5:15 pm and lasts about a half an hour. It is an intimate, brief chance to gather for communion and prayer.

Bring a lawn chair to set up at a social distance, and a mask if that makes you more comfortable.

*Consolation – “someone or something that comforts or consoles.” Whether your driveway is asphalt or concrete – we will gather to stand on the solid promise that God’s grace is always present. As we celebrate that assurance in communion, please remember that Hope Lutheran is part of the ELCA which practices an “open table.” So even if your neighbor is not Lutheran they are welcome to join us for communion.
