Life Events

Baptisms:
All are welcome to be baptized into God’s family.  To schedule a baptism, contact Angie Newton at 952-492-2099.  Parents and sponsors are required to meet with Pastor Matt prior to the baptism.

Weddings:

Couples should contact Angie Newton at 952-492-2099 to schedule a wedding date.  Wedding dates need to be approved by the pastor.  Couples are required to take the Prepare Assessment and meet with the pastor to discuss the results of the assessment.

The cost for a wedding at Hope Lutheran Church for members is $500.  The cost for non-members is $600.  These prices include fees for the pastor, janitor, building representative, and use of the sanctuary.

Funerals:
Please contact Angie Newton in the church office at 952-492-2099 to schedule a funeral.  The cost to members for a funeral is $600.  The cost of a funeral for non-members is $900.  These prices include fees for the pastor, janitor, building representative, and use of the sanctuary, fellowship hall and church kitchen.
