Lenten Soup Suppers

This Wednesday, February 21, kicks off our Lenten Soup Suppers. The office staff will take care of the soup and we ask volunteers to help set-up, serve, and clean up. Volunteers are also needed to bring food items to "round out" our meal such as bread/crackers, fruits or veggies, and of course dessert! Interested in helping? Join us for an afternoon of game playing on Friday, 1-3 pm. We have been playing sequence and different card games and having fun & great conversation too!

Ash Wednesday Potato Bar

February 14th is Ash Wednesday and we are once again having a Potato Bar Supper! Supper begins at 6:00 pm. We will be starting the imposition of ashes at 6:35 pm and the service will begin at 6:45 pm. Ash Wednesday is a holy day of prayer and fasting and marks the first day of Lent, the six weeks of penitence before Easter.

The Sandwich Project ~ Completed!

Our H2H youth made sandwiches for The Sandwich Project for one of their Service Events. That's 1100 sandwiches! They were then taken to the Camden Collective at Salem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis to be distributed. Wonderful job H2H students!!

H2H this week is a Service Event - The Sandwich Project! Wednesday, January 31st - Pizza Supper begins at 6:15 pm and the Service Event starts at 6:45 pm. Join the youth and their Guides as they make 1,100 sandwiches for people right here in Minnesota with food needs.
